Here are the problems I am encountering: 1. Computer randomly freezes 2. Computer goes to blue screen 3. This weird thing happens where my mouse lags and my internet disconnects and won't work until I turn it off and on again 4. The WIFI connection gets completely exed out (not sure how to explain this) Please tell me everything I can do to fix these problems for free! Thanks so much!
