bodybuilding is not an easy work. It requires both time and effort and if you are not ready to dedicate extreme amount of effort and time, then you are just wasting your time. But if you understand the amount of devotion which is needed, then here are some exercises and methods about best muscle building workout for you.

build muscle fast needs 2 steps. The first important step is weightlifting and the second step is your diet. Weightlifting includes your daily workout routines and your actual exercises. There are different exercises for muscle building but there are only few best muscle building workout exercises which include compound movements exercises. Compound movements are those exercises in which two or more muscles of your body are used instead of using just one muscle which are called isolation exercises. The four most efficient muscle building exercises are the military press, dead lifts, the bench press and squats. All four of them are compound movements and are of great importance to best muscle building workout. For instance bench press requires use of chest, but also requires the use of triceps and shoulders.

The chief exercise for chest workout should be bench press, squats for leg workout, the military press for shoulder workout and dead lifts for your back workout. Other exercises like leg extensions, dumbbell flyes etc. are also good exercises but the above mentioned compound movement exercises are the most important exercises for best muscle building workout.
For muscle building the importance of diet and weightlifting is just about same. If you are not eating, you will not grow. One of the diets basic is to eat at least 1 gram of protein/body weight daily. Little saturated fat is also important. Also give your body enough time to rest and to recover from workouts.
