What was this TV ad for? In other words what was it advertising?

So my mom is supposed to be moving into a trailer house on some land. The house belongs to her friends husbands sister but the land belongs to the sisters grandmother. Well long story short one of her friends hung herself a couple years ago (she was on meth) and turns out that her mom is the one that owns the land. She accused my mom of getting her daughter on meth and blamed her for her hanging herself (she did not get her on meth.. my mom got clean before her friend killed herself) and my mom is supposed to be moving in tomorrow! Now they've locked her brand new furniture and all her clothes in the house. Are they allowed to do that? There was no lease involved and my mom just had the electricity cut on today in her name.
