I thoroughly liked this movie. A ten? No, but enjoyable nonetheless. Liked the clothes, liked the location, liked seeing the gals once more. As typical it was over the best in parts and a number of the one-liners fell flat. I've read that people are upset that Samantha was disrespectful and to me the sole clear disrespect was wearing shorts and dropping the f-bomb in the marketplace but that was part of the plot albeit a little as well Keystone Kops for my taste. To counter it, Miranda served up cultural tidbits throughout the motion picture and they all tried to maintain Samantha in check.
The Huge, Carrie dilemma of the two of them getting enough for each other for your rest of their lives is a fantastic question. As could be the acknowledgment that even with marriage and kids (Charlotte and Miranda), how do you make time for yourself without having feeling guilty? All in all, the motion picture was entertaining. Not as good because the sequence, but how will they ever be able to best that operate?
On a side note, what I find interesting about a number of the men's evaluations here is how they use the word kill so freely. "The actors, producer, director, and whomever OK'd and bankrolled this movie should be shot in the stomach after which it killed!" "Who green-lights these kinds of decisions...and is there any method to have those people rounded up and savagely killed in the public setting?!" Have you been kidding me? Even tongue in cheek, who tends to make cruel remarks like these?
