How do I know if my laptop has TV-Out capability?

my laptop has a virus and now i cant really log into my computer. i turn it on it starts normally then a fake PC clean up thing is showing and then i cant use my computer, i use the alt+ctrl+delete thing and use the new task button to get onto the internet... i have norton but they charge 100 to fix it, is there any other way to fix it without paying that much? plz plz help me
