I have widows 7 unlimited.when i try to install encarta reference library 2003, a message opens as ,

I rlly want to get my own computer now i am a 14 years old boy .. n now it gets annoying cuz my family fights on WHO USES the computer so i wanna buy my own computer .. now the question wut do i get a netbook or a laptop .. i am not a gaming person .. i dont install games on my computer ..i just listen to music or use the internet and install movies or any programs .. tnx for reading my question !
